We use the BOM table exported by your file in Jialichuang EDA, some devices do not have a specific model, such as the patch resistor encapsulated as R0603 （C9900014833）has no resistance information.Could you please add certain information？

Hello! Those resistors are pull-up resistors for the I2C lines. A value of 10kOhm should suffice. Note that depending on which microcontroller you are using, the main I2C bus (SDA, SCL) might also require (external) pull-ups.
