Slient hp bug #1

reptomancer and other knives are all dead but this knife's 5 damage instantly killed slient.. enough block and bottle fairy not worked nono what

Can't repro. Notably, HP bars are still visible here on the death screen. This doesn't normally happen. Leaving this open at least until somebody figures out how to die with HP still visible.
