107 add more onsite tools #110

There were two of the onsite tools that were provided to Amazon that did not make the original repo push. Those are included in this request.

Oh, also: I don't know how old these scripts are, but they actually won't work with our current luminoso-api-client; you'd need to specifically import the v4 version of the client in order to access the "accounts" endpoint.

@Tahnan In looking at the issues you found I don't think these were ever really finished. They were WIP. I've fixed all the issues and improved the one (invite_users) that has actually been used as a template by a customer. Thanks for the keen eye these are a lot better now.

Other than the question of --token (for which I'm going to file a followup), I think these scripts are in client-ready shape, so I'm going to merge this PR.
