A customer wanted an output very similar to doc_downloader, but also wanted sentiment. This just adds the sentiment data to the output and changed a separator on one of the other export fields.

This change is ready to go into the master. It adds sentiment for each saved concept to each of the documents. This is a request from virtually every one of our market research customers and was validated by Kim Larson.
