This builds on stream-messages.py to demonstrate one potential workflow involving both Compass and Analytics (nicknamed Compalytics).

It sends messages from an input file to a Compass project, collects them if they happen to be classified with specific user-definable topics, and posts them to an Analytics project when the collection reaches critical mass.
