I signed in and am an officer but cannot use the system

I signed in using my @umich.edu address and it sent me to the "Apply to a chapter" area. I talked to Glenn Goss and he looked in the system and added my email contact info because it was blank. I tried to re sign in and now the system has my email address but I seem to be stuck in the "sign up for a chapter" page.

I am an officer at the University of Michigan and I am trying to upload my candidates. I am probably going to get Glenn to help me do this from his end.

Please clear the register so that I can log in properly as an officer.

So you know here is what I did.

1. Looked under person for their names.
2. Found there were 2 records with the same name
3. Out of the two records there was only one with 'Login User Name'
4. Noticed also the person was not a member since the bottom of the screen said Add Manual Member
5. Clicked on the Clear button next to the Login User Name
6. Save changes
7. Went to the other person record and noticed the Login User Name was set to N/A
8. Clicked on Search and found the e-mail from the other person record
9. Saved changes
10. Went to the first person and deleted that person (the one we setup to Clear) The person you are deleting should say N/A under the Login User Name

I am not sure if I am just not seeing/understanding this system yet, but I do not have any way to invite new members, or set meetings, or any of the shortcuts to manage my chapter as an officer. @brunofvalli The officers that you sent are not the current officers. They were the officers from last semester and they finished on May 31st, not began. I am uncertain why they are listed as the current officers as the new officer report was sent in May. I became the president during May and am the current president this and next semester.

I can answer your question regarding the status of the officers in the chapter. Yes, indeed you guys did send your new officer report in as desired. Congratulations!  However, our staff is hard-pressed to keep up with incoming materials, much less enter data from the past semesters.  All of this will be straightened out once the chapters start uploading their officer data directly into the system. As I have time, money, and staff we will enter previous officer sets. Currently, the office staff consists of two part-time staff, a part-time executive director (who typically works 60 hours a week), and one full-time director of Relations and Communications.
