Add support for a config file.

Potential things to add :

Toggle individual items to be throwable
Toggle a Throw Enchantment that forces only items that have the enchantment to be thrown

Successfully added config file with easy expansion of properties.

Properties to consider :

The chance of each enchantment (might become obsolete once Brok and Sindri NPCs are implemented)
Damage a thrown item deals
Damage to the item when thrown
Speed of thrown item
Rotation speed of thrown item
