Mod dont load #15

hi, so i got the mod for 1.19 and 1.18.2 installed forge and put the mod in the mods folder and started the game but the mod didnt loaded and i dont had it in my mods tab tried to uninstall the game, still no work after that i used journeymap to see if it would work and i had journeymap working i dont have what photos to attach isnt a eror the mod just dont load

I used fabric now it works
