Whitelists

For whitelists, when you join a majority of them will be automatically generated & placed into data/SID (username)/crctype*.txt

• crcccv*.txt is for White_CCV
• crchook*.txt is for White_Hooks
• crcrq*.txt is for White_Require
• crcfont*.txt is for White_Font
• crcent*.txt is for White_Ent
• crcgm*.txt is for White_GM
• crcmsg*.txt is for White_PRT
• crcr*.txt is for White_DGR

Might support win64/linux64 soon, probably not.
