I can't get to Sara after i get the vial of Blood from the Sphinx. the guards don't let me in. pic 1 pic 2 pic 3 pic 4 pic 5

You probably didn't advance the story line enough and looking at the pictures uploaded you are also not using the EX version (do note I can't read Japanese so I believe the events bellow match up). Funny enough the guards don't care if the blood is in the inventory but are more concerned with variable 1022 and 1028 which govern the event progress.

ok i have an other problem I've downloaded monster girl quest paradox 1.21.00 and an ex translator (i think) and i can't see the cutscene when i must talk too this elv i have complete the storyline to this point and i have the healing shell too. what can i do? pic 1 pic 2 pic 3 pic 4

As your second screenshot still has 'Game.rgss3a', which should have been removed in Step 4, you should verify steps 3-5. As for that event it looks like it bounces around a bit so I'll review it and get back to you.

USING MGQ Paradox Translation EX

Steps

  1. Move decrypted files into game directory, overwrite when asked *This is everything in the 'Extract' folder, after that folder is empty it is safe to delete
  2. Rename/delete/move Game.rgss3a so it doesn’t conflict with the decrypted files *That file gets praised before the decrypted ones so it has to be changed
  3. Move and overwrite using MGQ Paradox Translation EX patched files, all files from the EX patch are important so only cherry pick if you know what your doing otherwise overwrite using all of them files.
    • Files in the sub folders aren't just for show they go in the main directory, the first screenshot shows the changes to Map 36 haven't taken effect probably do to missing Step 4

ok i think i knew my problems problem one : luka haven't seen the illusion of Granberria in the second town problem two: i have been first in the gold mines intead of the slug tower i'm solving this problems i will start a new game
