MHKiT does not work on Mac as long as it comes with Python 2.7 #3

Should we say this earlier, under overview, to avoid late disappointment?

It sounds like MHKiT-MATLAB does work on a Mac, even if the Mac comes with Python 2.7 preinstalled. You just have to make sure that MATLAB points to the correct Python. I'd leave this information in the installation section. For what it's worth, Python 2.7 has officially retired as of Jan 1, 2020, https://www.python.org/doc/sunset-python-2/

Kate is correct. MHKit works on a Mac, the user will just have to have 2 versions of Python installed on their machine and make sure their Matlab environment is pointing to V3.x. I only included that statement for the benefit of less Python savy users. If you find it confusing, I can change the wording or remove it entirely.
