Updated documentation for MHKiT Python v0.6

@rpauly18 @ssolson Is it typical for a new version of the docs to have this many changed files? I followed the directions on the README. When adding to git, I seeing over 500 changed files. Maybe my updated sphinx env builds the html files differently and git catches that, because I don't know why so many files should show as changed.

Let me know if you have recommendations here. It would be pretty difficult to go through and pick out those files that should be updated and which shouldn't. If the size of this documentation repo isn't a concern, I'd defer to merging them all in.

@akeeste since you rebuilt the docs locally in order to make the changes, just about every HTML file gets changed. This is typical. I'd just make sure that necessary .rst files did not get changed.

Thanks @rpauly18 for clarifying. The rst files that I updated based on v0.6.0 are still present and the changes are reflecting in the updated html files. I'll go ahead and merge this PR then after I add release notes for v0.6.0
