Fix #64
Improve the formatting of the advanced installation section
- Make code sections easier to copy
Improve the troubleshooting section
- Reformat into broad sections
- Add info about setting the MATLAB path with the conda bin from MHKiT-MATLAB issue 129
Fix spelling and grammar errors

@simmsa Let's merge this. I'll pull in the updates to #66 and rebuild there when I update a few other things.
