Game does not respond when i rotate the encoder but windows joystick properties set it is moving #178

Hello, I have this weird problem when I try to set for example the steering right in F1 2020. When I try to set it nothing is happening but in the windows game controller setting when I click on properties it moves the value. image This is changing but in the game, it does not react. It seems it's from the game because in the assetto corsa I have no problems ty
