This PR fixes back to back wlan experiments by always deleting the wlan0 interface in container-stop and re-enable it in container-start.

It also ensure that the wlan interface is up after container-start (or it never comes up)

I know silently pass if edurom does not connect within 30 seconds, should we fail in this case instead ?
