add files from m67097. EMSG. Unified Streaming #136

Renaming files to have a bit more descriptive filenames:

foo-all.mp4 -> emsg_progressive.mp4 out_avail_track.cmfm -> emsg_cmaf_standalone.cmfm

Dimitri and Cyril will review the files. If crosschecks are successful, since the corresponding spec is published, the files are going into the Potential Improvements doc.
