Missing part numbers #3

I tried to follow the BOM to order parts through PCBWay but they could not find all the parts numbers to order and build them. Can anyone help?

The PCB was not made for automatic production. I think, minor layout changes would be necessary. And of course, adding some part information.

I think, it is not worth for doing this. But if you like, you may complete/improve the design for supporting this.
