Currently when we connect to channel bypassing finds, the Server will listen as a proxy and act as initial finds allowing the OCX to connect directly to the chat the Server. However after this the local finds server socket closes and when the OCX loses connection it is then unable to reconnect to the channel.
We need to host a local finds server per form that is created per OCX.
When the form is disposing the local finds server will get cleaned up
If for whatever reason the local finds server listening socket gets closed we need to re-listen
