You should turn "allow live activities" off from setting app. This feature doesn't require a jailbreak tweak.

This does need a tweak. All that setting does is greys out the live activities on the Lock Screen until you unlock with Face ID, not hide them. I want them completely gone from the Lock Screen but still active in the dynamic island only.
