Avatar Fetch #7

Running a command like !avatar @username will output @username's avatar, full-size.

I didn't really think this feature was anything special when I first played around with Discord bots but I've found that I use it a lot when I want to do silly Photoshop edits. Not a priority feature, but useful to have.
