Cause page - change 'follow' to 'promote'

On the cause page, we're changing the 'follow' cause type to be 'promote' functionality, where the user can send a message to their facebook or twitter.

Also note that the icon used for 'promote' should be the bullhorn. This means that the 'volunteer' icon should be the clock.

Header: Promote Button language: Spread the Word Clicking the button will display a popup that lets the user select between sending a message on facebook or twitter. Selecting these buttons will change the area displayed below the buttons. By default facebook should be selected, if you are signed in with facebook

I think you mean. We will still have a follow need, but we need a promote need too. Correct?

We still want to have 'follow' functionality in the upper right corner for the cause, but change the 'needs' to not include 'follow', and instead have 'promote'. This is consistent with the designs Brad is also making for the cause portal.

Eddie, here is the default text for sharing on facebook:

-cause picture -I support (cause name). Check them out. (this should be the bold header) -(cause tagline) (this should replace the lorem ipsum in the mockup)
