Change 'Find Causes' in nav to 'Find a Cause' button #283

As a part of the city expansion, we need to change how this item is displayed in the navigation. The 'Find Causes' dropdown should change to a button, and be moved to the right hand side of the navigation bar. This will also update the modal displayed, see Issue #231
