Define new height for city / category page so the image is a bit more condensed #284

Currently the city page you have to scroll down really far to see the buttons and causes below.

Ok so the height of this hero image needs to be responsive to the height of the browser. Here is an example website that does this.

I think we are removing the cause category page.
