Update cause categories #287

The desired list of cause categories:

Global Outreach Youth Domestic & Family The Arts Health & Wellness Social Equality Education Environment

These categories should be updated across the site, including: in the footer, in the top nav to browse by categories, and categories shown in the map on the home page.

We are removing categories for: Hunger and Animal Welfare

Also, please note that it is "Environment" NOT "Environmental"
