Integrate facebook promote into promotion modal. #304

Currently you see a very empty promote modal, that gives you the option to see a facebook modal. screen shot 2013-09-13 at 4 55 28 pm

The facebook / twitter promotion to be integrated into the same modal where the user can select between where they'd like to promote the cause. 93a80e1a-1a47-11e3-89db-12b85511a9f4

Closing this issue because short-term solution has been implemented
