Move badge feedback to bottom left corner #317

Since we have the 'Send Feedback' link in the bottom right corner, we should move the badge feedback to the bottom left corner.

I'm pretty sure "send feedback" is only on staging. I don't see the link. I didn't put this in and have no clue were it comes from.
