Update visual style for city dropdown #341

all cities (including the button) should be left aligned with 10 px padding. The arrow should remain black when you rollover it.

The only divider line in the drop down should be separating the "browse all cities" link

This makes it look different than the profiles dropdown.

Chicago is also a different font size as my name when im signed in. Make Chicago the same font size as my name.

ok, ignore the divider lines comment. Left align all drop down text though on bot h drop downs

I just made the edits. The two dropdowns have different font weights and sizes. Is this OK?
