Update - Donate Modal #47

Of all the modal updates, this one changed the most:

Three notes:

  1. Page 2 - Can you make the "previous" and "next" button the same width?
  2. Page 3 - There are noticeably different blues being used for the buttons. The correct blue I've been using in the redesigns is #9BD400.
  3. Page 3 - It's fine with me if the widths of the "submit" and "previous" button are different, but can we center-align the buttons? Right now the "previous" button is offset to the left, and it's lookin a little funky.
