Think about "bulk tweaking"

Making small changes everywhere (such as cleaning up capitalization)

We now have at least two pages (/regex and /source/summary) which can provide a set of names with related problems. The problem is that we don't know which names are actually being USED -- to do that, we'd have to pull all names for that scientific name and see which one is highest rated. Some possible solutions:

• [ ] Mark all these names as suspicious; suspicious names will need to be cleared, which changes the state so it cannot be re-marked suspicious.
• [ ] Delete all these names, assuming that better names will replace them if necessary.
• [ ] Send the entire list to the Bulk Import -- names that aren't the top list just won't be displayed, but those that are can be fixed easily there. Or something. This will be VERY confusing without some improvements.
