When i'm told i'm going to spawn as UIU (using respawn timer), it instead makes me NTF and doesn't spawn me into the custom location. It also doesn't give me any of the UIU items from the config. I haven't done anything to the config besides change the soldier's card to a Cadet and gun to an FSP-9, so I don't know what could be causing this besides possibly being outdated.

I've done a bit more digging, and I found an error when I try and do a UIU command.
