When MTF spawns (not UIU) no announcement is made.
To Reproduce:
Wait for MTF to spawn
When MTF spawns (not UIU) no announcements are made announcing that MTF spawned.
Expected Behavior:
When MTF spawns CASSIE says either
Mobile Task Force Unit, Epsilon-11, designated, [Military Phonetic Alphabet]-[#], has entered the facility. All remaining personnel are advised to proceed with standard evacuation protocols until an MTF squad reaches your destination. Awaiting re-containment of: [#] SCP subject(s)."
or
Mobile Task Force Unit, Epsilon-11, designated, "[Military Phonetic Alphabet]-[#], has entered the facility. All remaining personnel are advised to proceed with standard evacuation protocols, until an MTF squad reaches your destination. Substantial threat to safety remains within the facility -- exercise caution.
Additional Context:
An easy fix is to add the default cassie announcement for the MTF into the config, which is
MTFUnit epsilon 11 designated {designation} hasentered AllRemaining AwaitingRecontainment {scpnum}
or
MTFUnit epsilon 11 designated {designation} hasentered AllRemaining NoSCPsLeft
or provide a config option to have MTF announcements to be enabled or disabled
