Reworked Cassie Announcements configs. Now the default NTF announcement is also configurable. You can use:
scps for number of SCPs left
designation for unit designation (ex. DELTA 6)

Added MaxSquad config option. It determines the maximum size of a UIU squad (default: 8)
CustomPlayerInfo will now show NICKNAME-ROLE not ROLE-NICKNAME

Most importantly: Added "support" for Serpent's Hand. It is qouted because it works only 90% of time. I've spended couple of hours trying to fix it but it seems the problem is with Serpent's Hand itself I guess.
