Add function set_CNN_fc to set up a customized CNN/fc model.
Add quickrun experiments to predict future Sahel rain (lead times 1 / 3 / 6) from univariate and multivariate inputs.
Add tests for function to set up CNN/fc model.
Update results tables.

Partially solves #22.
