Announcing a disallowed goal #65

Currently the bot does not announce a disallowed goal because it doesn’t look like the API offers that information.

Yesterday during a Serie A match between Torino and AS Roma, a goal was scored at the 48th minute and the score showed 1-0. The goal must have been disallowed because the next update showed the result as 0-0. Must support announcing disallowed goals.
