Anti-colision sensitivity problem #4

It seems that since XP11, anti-collision has become much more sensitive, a little too sensitive, especially forward parked planes. This blocks my grounds traffic, they are paralisent. Will it be possible to reduce anticolision for parked aircraft?

in the meantime, i have successfully deactivated the collision avoidance, but the ideal will be to correct this sensitivity. I do not know where to start?
