Mastcam-Z flats are of poor quality #23

Compressed JPEGs are bad and are causing luminance banding.

My original processing of the MCZ flats used an average of all RGB channels. Because green and blue where near-black, this caused a severe stretching problem which carried into the resulting grayscale image. I have reprocessed the simplified flats using only the red channel and 100% quality on the jpegs"
