UI “freeze” after installation

Describe the bug

Some users complain that a fresh install of Xen HTML leads to their device freezing. What’s probably happening is that the webview for setup fails to render as expected, leading to the UIWindow below blocking touch because it’s transparent.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Remove all Xen HTML preferences
2. Respring

Expected behavior

Setup UI works and is visible.
