The contact page does not work.

When I click "Send" on the contact page, nothing happens. The message remains in the box and there is no indication that the message has been sent.

The page should display a confirmation message saying "Your message has been sent!"

I have replaced my homegrown HTML form with an iframe form which funnels responses into a Google Sheets spreadsheet.

The spreadsheet collects the feedback and an optional email address and then sends me an email to let me know that the spreadsheet has been updated.

My email automatically tags the incoming emails as "Dendrite > Feedback".
