Maybe the rewrite link should be styled like a button and should float to the right unless the screen is too narrow. In that case, it should slot underneath the title.

These screenshots may have been taken before my most recent tabs update, but I know that the tabs still don't work correctly on small screens.
The list items on the author page should not wrap below the dotted line.
The dotted line should always sit underneath the list item. This is likely a CSS float bug.
