dm_blockweapondrops does not work as intended #130

dm_blockweapondrops 1 does not respect dm_enabled 0. Thus plugin unload required.

Yep, I can't seem to get dm_blockweapondrops to work. I see it in source but doesn't have any function from what I can tell.
