In the fits headers for a drizzle output of a dither observation, the start/stop times (UNIX, HST, and UT) all only show the times for the first dwell in the dither.
For example, if you had a 5x5 dither with 10s dwell times that started at 1599782100, the start and stop times would be 1599782100 and 1599782110, not 1599782100 and 1599782350.
