Add lightning storm #229

Should be really easy:

No wind
No change to visibility
Fork of lightning hitting ground. Emissive line segments should look good
Explosion damage where it hits
Lightning flashes of v bright light from point of contact
Explosion animation at point of contact and explosion sound
Explosion followed by thunder sound
