Add tutorial, guide or instructions?

Need to explain to the user:

• Objectives - destroy others players in competitive mode
  • maybe have a tooltip in the menu
• dynamics
  • day night cycle
  • weapon select
  • powerups
• weapon types, ramming
• vehicle types
  • special abilities
  • tooltip in the menu would do this, show speed, weapon fit out

Options:

• tooltips in the main menu
• separate instruction page we used to have
• having HUD things pop up during the game
• pause the game and show quick messages the first time something is selected, eg weapons.
