Fix clipping stuck through walls #246

Happens especially in cities with front of vehicle. Moving the vehicle back if detected would fix it most times. Not sure if back is getting stuck - don't think this has been seen yet.

Could add an option to reset vehicle to start of game position. Disable vehicle damage first.
