Lava kills player even on Peaceful mode #264

Lava damage is taken on Peaceful mode, which causes player to die and game to eventually end

Hi Nick! Are you an Official Tester now? Brilliant.

If lava doesn't kill the player then they'll see the "edge of the world" and then fall off, which kinda sucks. Maybe an invisible wall? What do you think?
