Feature Request: Add more doors #13

I really like the industrial and bloody palette, but it's just missing one thing: doors. The only door in the mod is the blood bubble door, which, alongside all minecraft doors, doesn't really fit the industrial palette. Like metal doors, with rusty and caution stripes variants, etc.

I've added a couple of new doors. I'll keep this issue open for now to track further door-related progress.
