Try with Terminal maybe..
It is a known problem / occurrence that the Mission Planner calibration could fail. Try connection you board via USB and use the terminal mode calibration as @Espenf suggested.
I have exactly the same issue. I tried to calibrate the board via the terminal with the setup/accel command but at the end it also fails. Because of that I cannot arm my board. I keep getting the error "PreArm: INS not calibrated". Any idea? Thx
Maybe this topic helps: http://copter.ardupilot.com/wiki/prearm_safety_check/
well of course I can disable the prearm chech, but my accelerometers are still not calibrated. I cannot set the level of my board. Would be a bit problematic to start thinking you're 45° banked...
Same here....I also tried to callibrate via terminal but I cant callibrate....
