Reset Password not working #67

Describe the bug I had set up account with a generated password. My password did not save so I needed to reset password. I hadn't logged in successfully yet. I receive the password reset link. I set my new password and hit "Update Password" but it greys out and does nothing. I tried on two separate browsers (Edge and Brave)

Have the same problem Today. Couldn't login and trying reset password. I have used Firefox and Chrome, deleting cookies, private mode. No success...

Hi,

Unfortunately its the same. Fill in my new password, confirm it and then hit update. It just disables the button and doesn't do anything. I have included the browser console output below:

Hi, unfortunately it does not work as expected :( It allow to change the password, gives the message about it was successfully changed but the password is not working

I just tried again. I could reset password but login didn't work.

Problem solved for me. Password autofilled by MS Edge did not work. I logged in by manually typing the password.

I got a little further today by not using autofill. It said password reset successfully but I can't login. Says "Sorry, invalid login credentials. Please try again."

@sim1986 What browser are you using?

FYI to all - we are in the middle of a extensive rewrite of the signup/signin flow that should resolve these issues, and should be released within the next week or two

Reset password did not work for me and did not get email. Also, today, the diagrams created are hence not visible. Any resolution to reset password and recovering diagrams?

@sdwarkanath Are you saying that you just tried this and are still having issues with reset password?
