Door Lock Rando changes the locks of doors to other locks

Basic

[x] Support shuffling existing door locks (level 0-4) to other existing door locks (level 0-4)

Nice to have

[ ] Support shuffling from and to open hatches.
- The game has a limit on 6(?) locks per room. How should it be handled if a json file tells to i.e. give every hatch in the sector 2 central shaft a lock?

Wishlist

[ ] Add more types of locks (beam locks, specific missile locks, (power) bomb locks, screw attack locks, that kind of stuff). Probably more on the ASM sprites, and also needs legible sprites.

Addition to basic locks would be the grey event/disabled doors.
