Metroid Advance Randomizer System Patcher

Running from source:

• Create a venv: python -m venv venv
• Activate the venv:
  • Windows: call venv\scripts\activate
  • Unix-based: source ./venv/bin/activate
• Install the project as editable: pip install -e .
• Run: python -m mars_patcher
